Granado Espada + Real Life = OWNED!

Lately I was kinda busy dealing with my personal life though I've managed to attain veteran status to one of my characters `Kurt Lyndon. Thanks to Nate of Reclusion by helping out. It was really amusing being busy doing your field and enjoy playing Granado Espada.

I attended a week of training at the Philippine Red Cross in Quezon City chapter. At first I was hesitant to try it because I have no one with to attend the training. But it turns out to be a blessing and fulfilling week for me.

(a) The rescuers team ready for action (b) After the rescue simulation (c) Bioman team with our dear instructor Miss Inah and Sir Mark (d) The golden instructors of Red Cross.

And that is what I called doing your real life while playing your favorite game. Well for today I have to take rest because its tiring.

Two Factions Celebrates 1 year!

As a faction leader, I was really happy that Takhisis Faction which I founded is now at it's 1st year! I was honored with the members who stayed in this faction though there are tasty offers from the bigger ones. The members proposed for a simple screen shot with Simon Ayande and I guess it was nice enough to celebrate Takhisis' 1 year as a faction of Carracci. But we are looking forward of organizing an Eye-Ball this month in relation with the celebration.

But the wasn't like any other day because Destiny Faction is also celebrating their 1st year as a faction. Most of their members move at Auch City channel one to display their unity and celebrate this wonderful day. Thanks to one of the officers of Destiny Faction for inviting me to celebrate with them by using fireworks at the city.

Yet again great and small, the celebration for one year on these factions was one of the happiest day that they stood still as one. Hope both factions will endure as long the game exist. Congratulations again Takhisis Faction and Destiny Faction for making it this far!

When does the hurting stop?

I am playing the game for a year now and unfortunately there some things that aren't progressing at all. One of the issues here in the Philippines during the first quarter of Granado Espada is more of promotion and advertising. Most of the well informed players knew that Granado Espada is not actually the handled game of E-Games but the game suffers and evidently it shows. So here are the points.

So why most of the Filipinos fight for this game?

(1) Simply because Granado Espada offers new start for players (2) The community is more vibrant (3) Obviously this game is a topnotch (4) This game offers free to play and at the same time enjoying a good quality type of game (5) Granado Espada is almost perfect for Machinima and we say it was (6) And lastly because they want to stay!

So what most Filipinos rant about the game?

(1) The GVC's was blasted to the oblivion making players rant about finding one (2) When I promote Granado Espada to a prospect player, it will reply like "Huh? Granado Espada?" (3) Most Granado Espada players move from city to another city and what they found on cafe shops? "Do you have Granado Espada?" then the crew replies "We don't have it here because there no installer for that game." (4) "Yehey its Colony Wars again!" Then after 2 hours of participating the war ~ "That piece of *bleet* *bleet* *bleet*, the server was too lag!" (5) Another issue was the lack of effort from our local community handlers who sat down and having tea party while the players continues to voice out their problems. But they will say "The hell we care."

The game was acclaimed as a Triple-A MMORPG but the local management ruins it chunk by chunk. About the GVC issue this is old news but its always the headline hear in the Philippines. Another thing is the lack of advertisement about the game, by the beard of Lydon, most players here in the Philippines doesn't know about Granado Espada! I hope this year's anniversary for Granado Espada here in the Philippines will be successful and great as evident by how it was organized. But as usual all we can do now is to look at the stars above us and say "Asaness ka naman!" in English translation "As if!".

1 Year of Blogging and Playing

Granado Espada was considerably one of the best Free-to-play Premium Mall MMORPG and staying on this game is absolutely worthy! I was playing the game since COBT (Close Beta Test) were limited accounts to access the server was distributed by E-Games, the local distributor here in the Philippines.

So how why am I still playing the game and blogging it at the same time? I have many reasons but I'll narrow it to simpler ones. First I like the concept of the game having three characters to control in a Baroque Era setting and not to mention the great graphics that Granado Espada has to offer. Second this game doesn't require a lot of grinding unlike other MMORPG because the premium items augment your family to gather faster experience points! Third there are creative things you can do with this game~ and I say Granado Espada is almost fit for Machinima, creating movies or clips using the game itself. Fourth there are no rollbacks here, unlike there are games that when they get bugged the levels rollback. Fifth the community here is more active and stronger, well numerous blog for an on-line game calls for active community. So I take the opportunity to say thanks to RCM Hrin for enduring and trying her best to solve the problems of players. And lastly Granado Espada community offers a wide range of competition and events that players may be involved into either on-line or off-line.

My first members

Yet I was happy that am still here at the game and blogging for the community and I hope you guys felt the same too. I have nothing more to say but again, thank you for supporting my blog throughout the months! Avanti Granado Espada SEA!!!
